Are You Not Getting the Results You're Looking For?

Hey Fit Fam!

This week I wanna talk to you about a word that not many people like...

accountability.

You see, I know that we have a great program here at Journey333.

I am certain that our program design is the best that there is.

I've actually been mentored by the best in the industry and incorporated all the best gems into this awesome program design that we have for you.

So, I'm certain about our workouts.

I'm certain about our nutrition; it's medically backed.

It comes to us from Bert's Pharmacy in Sayre, P.A. They have used it to get people off medications; they have used it to bring people's metabolisms out of the gutter.

So, I'm confident in our nutrition.

When you have a good program design and you have nutrition locked in, the only thing that can be missing is whether or not you're letting us keep you accountable.

See, accountability is a partnership.

I'll say that again. Accountability is a partnership.

You know us at Journey, we're crazy.

We have whats called a fitness emergency. We will actually show up at your house.

Don't be alarmed; it's not as scary as it sounds. It's actually a good thing.

It's a good thing that you have coaches that are willing to go so far to keep you on track.

But, here's my challenge to you this week.

How far are you willing to go?

When you first signed up, we had you fill out some "I will'' statements.

These ''I will'' statements were like, "I will workout three times a week. I will show you what I eat," etc.

The third statement was special and unique to you. It may have been something like, "I will give up chocolate", or whatever your weakness is.

"I'll eliminate bread; I'll avoid my nightly martinis."

Whatever it was, you gave us permission to keep you accountable to it.

But, how has that been going?

Have you still kept up with those statements... or do you now avoid the scale when we ask you to weigh in?

When we ask, "Where's that food journal of yours?"

Do you say, "Oh, I don't do one of those anymore."

It's true, people who food journal lose twice as much weight. It's true that when people keep their eye on the scale, when they keep their eye on the scoreboard, they're going to be more motivated towards success. Right?

You don't just want to ignore the numbers and let it get out of control. Then one day you step on the scale and say, "Whoa, I don't know where all this weight came from."

You see, the idea is, accountability.

It's all about accountability. Again, accountability is a partnership.

You have to partner with us and let us keep you accountable.

In fact, I challenge you to go so far as to say to a specific coach, "Hey, I workout, you're normally here at these sessions, I want you to keep me a little bit more accountable to this. I want you to make sure that I weigh in."

Let that accountability be a partnership in your life. Let it be the key ingredient and your secret to success, then see how good things work.

Be willing to meet us half way. Allow us to keep you accountable, and you will be amazed at the results you see.
