So, I'm certain about our workouts.
I'm certain about our nutrition; it's medically backed.

So, I'm confident in our nutrition.

Today I want to talk to you about my favorite topic. It's coaching.
I am a coach through and through.
I am a coach at heart.
Even as I get pulled away from coaching at times because of the different responsibilities that come with having multiple locations, I still make sure that there's some amount of coaching on my schedule.
I love to coach.
Let me ask you something. Do you know where that word comes from? The word "coach?"
It actually comes from the olden days when they had stagecoaches. The point of the stagecoach is to take you from where you're at to where you want to go, right?
That's what a good coach should do.
A good coach should help you to assess where you're at. We do this, at Journey, through medical screening. We do this through different types of assessments. We do it through a little goal setting conversation where we say, "Hey, what is it that you'd like to accomplish?"
And sometimes people don't know.
