How's Your Sleep?

An important part of recovery is sleep.  There is a problem affecting the sleep of about 100 million people and that problem is called sleep apnea.

Sleep apnea is a potentially serious sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts. If you snore loudly and feel tired even after a full night's sleep, you might have sleep apnea. The main types of sleep apnea are: Obstructive sleep apnea, the more common form that occurs when throat muscles relax.

Of the 100 million people that sleep apnea affects only 10% of those people end up being diagnosed.  And what's worse than that is other associated health effects of sleep apnea.  This sleep problem can truly compound.  Take a look at the diagram below for a list of associated health risks
